Assistant Manager Shouting at Pregnant Customers

I went to the Witbank Highveld Mall store today. Tried to purchase a baby toy and I was told no because it’s only on selected items. The rude arrogant manager kept on trying to shove his phone in my face to show the communication from Head Office. Honestly, we do not see what is communicated to your stores but only what is advertised. Shouting and screaming at a pregnant customer is also highly unprofessional. I’m highly upset that I was treated in such manner. All from your Assistant Store Manager. If that’s the image you want to portray, rather do us all a favour and close your doors.
