Arrogant Supposed Manager

Absolutely pathetic and humiliating service at Toys r us Ballito. Had the worst experience there today with a supposed manager, reason I say supposed is I find it unbelievable that someone that rude is a manager. The manager Devan that I encountered instore was the most pleasant and helpful person. I was purchasing a toy today that had the price of R1599 on the shelf directly under with all packed there, no other prices on the shelf. At the till was told it’s 1999 to which I told the cashier that it’s 1599. She went to check and then called her manager. He was the most rude person who raised his voice and spoke absolutely rudely. I pointed out the price and where it was packed. He gave me a ****ty response that they don’t change prices in the store because stock is received the whole day. If prices are wrong, it’s not his problem I told him that that made no sense and he said he didn’t care.

He was so arrogant and other customers just looked at us, because of the way he was speaking Absolutely no respect. He is immediately went and moved the price before I could get a picture.
