Amazing service. Thank you Bianca

I had ordered an item from Toys R Us for delivery, which of course had a delivery fee. Approximately four hours later I remembered that I should have ordered another item as well, so went onto the site to order again, and of course incurred another delivery fee. I contacted the company, I must admit with little hope of success, to enquire if it was at all possible to have the two items delivered at the same time and thus only pay one delivery fee. I had experienced something similar with another company and had been told basically " so sad too bad' the origional order was in the process. A lady Bianca contacted me and said she understood and although the initial order was in the process she would ensure that I was repaid the second delivery fee. It would have been easy for her to take the easy way out, as others have, and said sorry but there is nothing we can do. Customer service like that is few and far between.
