Advertising products and dont give it if you did pay for it

<p>On Friday 25 November(black friday) toys r us did advertise a xbox one and combo deals for games. The price is R 3999. The Friday I went their and they told me that the special is not by them. Then they did phone the manager and the manager told them i can get the special. Then they told me that i must pay R499 more to get the Combo deal (games). Then I told them that is fine, I will pay it. Even they did not advertise that it is exstra for the combo deal. I did stragle to get the xbox one, because they did not have stock. My mom did go collect it for me on the 20 December (almost a month later) They told her the other games is in the box. My mom did not open the box to check. My son did get his present on the 29 December and when he did open it. Their was just the soccer 17 game on the oudside of box. The Friday 30 December i went back to Toys R us. Then the manager Craig that I did phone ( ********** 728) did tell me that they never did have a special like that. He dont have any papers for that day that say their is a combo deal on the games. I did sent him the prove and are waiting for a answer. If you advertise something wrong and you already did let the person pay for it and waiting for it. Then they tell you their where never such a special and you have the paper for proof. Dont think it can work like that.
