Act like a manager!!

On or about 6/3/2015 we wants into Toys R Us Boksburg and bought a mini cooper ride in car for my son for R1599, this being the demo model it was already built. We paid and left the store, in the car park I realized I couldn't fit the giant box in the car so I took it back in and asked them to throw it away for me. I returned to Zimbabwe and realized that the car needed a foot board, I called Toys are Us and asked to speak with the manager Robin, I was told \she is far too busy to deal with me"I explained I was calling from Zimbabwe and needed to speak to her urgently. She flat out refused! I was then put onto a very helpful gentleman Joseph who told me my foot board is sitting there and could I arrange someone to collect it. I am absolutely disgusted at the behavior of this \""manager\"" Robin! It's now the 28/3/15 and I only managed to get an answer on my footboard today!! Let's hot there's not another story when the person goes in to collect it on my behalf!"""
