Abusive/Terrible Management

I highly advise against going to this store. About 2 weeks ago I was about to walk in with my kids when we heard a loud, male voice screaming profanities, apparently telling a woman to "pack her bags and f**k off", along with other verbal insults. I was horrified that not only I heard that but that my kids had to hear it as well. Under no circumstances should a person be insulted and verbally abused like that. I am disgusted that such a place can hire people like that. Toys R Us need to do something immediately, because I guarantee that they will lose whatever little customers they have left once people find out about this person. I suspect that it is the manager there as I have also previously heard him use similar profanity after he barks his orders to the young staff.
