*********** customer service, I placed an order no order confirmation was sent, called customer service and a lovely lady assisted and sent an email confirmation with the order numbers. One order was received however my other order is till date not received. Call istomer service today the agent that answered was all over the place and the line was very bad, she promised to call back its been 3hrs haven't heard anything!!!!! Do y'all train your agents about phone etiquette????? Because she was unprofessional cannot promise a customer a call then don't do what you promised
