Horrible service, horrible products from toys in sa galleria

Horrible experience. I went to them looking to buy a remote control car, the salesman immediately recommended a car that was above my price range and promised me that this is the way to go out of all my options, "it is more of a hobby grade car than the other in its price range and parts are easy to come by" he assured me. I bought the car for R1500. When I got home I had to charge it before I could play with it. The next week I had to return to the shop because within the first 5 times I played with it the steering motor broke. The tecnition Justin told me I broke it and it does not have a warrenty they will order the part for me but I will have to pay, they could not provide me with a price. He told me they have in stock and it will take atleast two days to arrive and I can fetch it at the end of the week. When I returned to pick up the part it had not arrived and justin realized that the part was not in stock. He told me that he had placed a order and it will be there in a weeks time he will phone me once it arrived. A week and a half went by and still no call from them so I decided to phone them. Justin informed that they do not have parts for the car as yet and they need to ship it over, it will take a month to arrive. 3 weeks went by and I decided to just phone and find out if things are still on track. Justin told me that his boss is going to China on business and will bring it back with him on the airplane next week. A week passed and I phoned again he said his boss is back and he is not sure if the part is here. I called back the next day and he confirmed that I can pick up the part at the end of the week and it will cost me R390. Finally after waiting about two months of purchase I picked up the part and replaced the broken one. Within the next 4 times I played with it, it broke again. I phoned Justin he had to confirm with his boss but they replaced it for me at no cost. Another week passed and the same thing happened again I took it back and demanded my money back after speaking to the owner over the phone he explained they could not give me my cash back but will exchange the car for a new one. They replaced everything except my charger. I took it home had to charge it again played with it twice and now there is no power going through, the new battery has swollen up and I think it is not working, I tested it on a one of the old parts I payed for and it looks like it blew it. I do not know what to do anymore I am so fed up with their horrible service, and story's the owner is never there the shop is being run by unprofessional guys and I am tired of driving up and down spending money on fuel, parking ect... I wish they could just refund me my money. I wil never buy anything from them again
