Defected battery from toys in sa gateway

I went to purchase a lipo battery on the 31 july 2021 from toys in SA Gateway firstly they sold me the incorrect battery, the salesman said it will work he even fitted it so i thought it was fine because my drone turned on but the salesman said cant fly the drone in the store said "other customers" purchased this battery and it worked. I purchased the lipo charged it and it couldn't take off tried again and the battery started smoking im very disappointed that toys in SA GATEWAY sold me a defected battery that nearly burn my drone and my house i would like a full refund or im taking this burnt battery to higher authority.
