Sinoville Toyota poor service and false review post

We booked our vehicle with Toyota Sinoville for the wheels to be schimmed.

We received a quote from Toyota Sinoville for the above as requested.

After Toyota received our vehicle, they had a look at the problem and re-quoted us and said that this is the only way they do quotes and that they will not be able to schim the wheels and they need to be replaced.

The amount that was now quoted was extremely high and impossible for only replacing the problem.

We gave Toyota Sinoville the go-ahead to replace the items as we use the vehicle for business and every minute the vehicle is out for repairs - we are unable to keep our promises to our clients.

Now that we have received our vehicle - they asked us to do a service rate which we did not do as we are absolutely not happy with this service.

What a surprise we got when we saw that there was an review that we are happy about the service we received which is totally a lie and unacceptable.

We need answers on who placed that review - as we will never recommend anyone to use Toyota Sinoville.

We will most definitely file a formal complaint about the above issue to prevent it from happening to any other business or person.
