bad attitude and disrespectful from toyota poor service ever

Went to toyota on the 29-11-17 for them to check noise coming on my front wheels to my suprise they changed airbags as they said it was free was happy with it after some 2 to 3weeks the airbag sign started to show on my car screen my hooter stopped functioning , but everything was fine before , when I called toyata I spoke to the lady who books cars for services she gave me attitude on the phone it was on the 27-12-17.she booked my car on the 28 -12-17 and reffered me to analisa jardim who even shouted at me like a young child I just hate that lady right now people like them deserve to stay home n shout their children not clients she didn't even bother to hear me out she was only concerned about the charges n cost ,even though was there last month so everything happened within a month.the hooter problem forced me to go the eletrician and get help as cant drive a car without a hooter , analisa even told me wat I did was unprofessional I must sign so toyota can charge me for taking my car to eletrician who helped me with a temporary hooter , my heart is teared apart the way was treated n I won't recommend friends n family to take their cars to toyota sinoville cnr lavender & sefako makgato drive pretoria
