Toyota Roadside Assist is ****

I would like to take this moment to thank TRA for their horrible treatment of vehicle owners.

I required to be towed to the closest dealership with a workshop after being stranded on the N2 before the Ballito Drive offramp.

After being on hold for half an hour, almost on the minute, someone answered that obviously shouldn't be there didn't get a name. Probably for the best because I'd tell the lady exactly what I think of her attitude.

After having an argument of where to tow the bakkie (I made it clear about 3 times that it should just go to the closest dealership with a workshop. Obvious actually) she finally saw there is one literally 10km away from me.

She said she had arranged a recovery vehicle. That's it. I waited an hour before finally calling ththe first person on Google's search results. The dealer was lovely. No complaints there.

This happened the 17th of July this year.

There is no way to complain directly to them.
