Poor Toyota workmanship and ethics

Toyota Phalaborwa deliver substandard work, use pirate parts and are not professional and ethical enough to take responsibility for their actions. My father had a mechanical emergency enroute to Mozambique via Phalaborwa. The Toyota dealership there did a costly repair which failed shortly after he entered Mozambique, at a place called Massingir. The poor workmanship and use of pirate parts caused the catastrophic failure of the radiator and left my parents stranded in the middle of nowhere. Luckily the managers of Covane Lodge came to their rescue. After an experienced technical guy came all the way from SA to do a proper repair, they were three days later able to carry on and complete their journey to Vilanculos. This was an extremely costly incident for which Toyota Phalaborwa has decided they take no responsibility. They have left an elderly loyal customer from the early 1900's out of pocked and in the lurch and bitterly dissapointed!
