Engine problems on a car bought 3 months back

<p>In February i bought a car at Toyota a Renault Cleo IV,now I'm having problems with the car it's overheating and every 2-3 days i have to go to the garage and ask them to pour water and everytime there's a messege that pops up on my car saying "Engine Error Stop Car"</p> <p>On Friday i called Renault because this car is now frastuating,explained to them what is happening with the car and i was told i need to tow the car to the nearest Renault Dealer and not drive it as it's not in a drivable condition.</p> <p>I then called the dealer where i bought the car and spoke to the sales gentleman he advised me to contact the extended warranty guys and elaborate to them the problems I'm having with my car, I did that that and they old me that i need to to take the car to my delear or tow it to them on my expense and they will reemb****</p> <p>I called the dealer again spoke to the sales gentleman he asked me if I'm bringing the car back what must he do with it? I must take to Renault myself or if i bring the car to Toyota he won't use Renault parts because they are expensive he will send it to his mechanic by the name of Norman,</p> <p>Till today no one has bothered to contact me and ask if I'm sorted with my car issues,Is it because the bank paid them and I'm left with a huge debt to pay on a product that i only drove for less than 4 months and it's giving me problems on the ENGINE, A car is a Engine and without an ENGINE A CAR WON'T MOVE.</p> <p>I know my rights I've done my homework and have my ducks in the row, According to the law ACT 68 OF 2008 SECTION 55/56 i can bring back the car and cancel the deal if i'm not happy with the product within 6 months and i will take this matter further i will contact the Ombudsman as well</p> <p>I called the National Consumer Commission and was advised on which steps to take,I DON'T WANT THIS CAR ANYMORE i won't be at ease driving a car that i know might give me problems in years to come</p> <p> </p> <p>What's the point of paying so much when the car you driving overheats even when I'm on not driving long distance? Even now I'm not driving the car and no one cares as to how i commute because they have pocketed the money so let my problems be my problems.If there's one thing i want is to cancel the deal</p>
