Delayed Vehicle Service

Booked my vehicle (a construction vehicle and crucial to our operations) in for a service on Tuesday morning, noting specifically upon delivery that the front brakes need replacing.

It has been three days now going on four and my vehicle is still not ready. Promises and excuses have been made everyday to no avail.

The service consultant has been very helpful and tried everything in her power to assure me she's trying her best, but the problem seems to be elsewhere.

Losing valuable time and money. Not happy.
