Bidvest toyota parts department

Went there on Wednesday looking for a valve cap, Mr sithole helped me, and started intimidating me with parts names, which I didn't mind, so he concluded the sample i showed him is not a valve cap rather a valve ring. The part had to be ordered to be collected today on Friday, he promised to call on arrival of the part. Today Friday I received a call from him I went, on arrival he was not at the counter so his colleague helped me, then he came after only to give me valve ring which is not what I showed him or what I said I wanted. Boastful and disrespectful he said that's what the system gave him and that's what I ordered luckily I stil had my sample and showed him, still arrogantly he insisted that's what I ordered, had to call the manager. Not that the manager did much though, she just pushed her other staff to reorder and left me like that, the manager is Melani Joose, was not happy with their services from the first day, today they really wasted my time and energy, unapologetically so with so much pride. Never wasting my time with them again. They treated me unfairly and with disrespect.
