Toyota is a nightmare

This post is on behalf of my dad, if he knew that being on retirement would be such a headache he would have opted for another choice if there was. He made arrangements with Toyota Lichtenburg for lesser repayment plan since he is still waiting for his pension payout and settle the balance. The agreement was reached, now lately he has been receiving threatening correspondence that they will repossess the car and he will be held liable for all the costs. What kind of business is this, my dad has been buying cars from this dealership since the early 70's, he even recruited his kids to the same company but he has never found inner peace especially after his latest purchase, now this. PLEASE GIVE MY DAD a break he doesn't deserve this. His credit record is commendable to be treated like a common ***** while he has made prior arrangement, is appalling.
