terrible expirience

as a first time buyer you expect a good sales representative more specially from a big company like Toyota imperial . upon my arrival after seeing a car from their website i was told the is not available and i had to wait for more than 30min becouse one of their staff uses the car to go home .

what about the millage guys honor what you advitise if the car is been driven around then decrease the price aswell.
