Disapponted with Hyde Park Toyota

Recently I had been to Toyota for annual maintenance. Visited this place for the first time as it is near my place. Though no issue with the maintenance aspect, but quite disappointed with the lack of commitment. I was told that somebody will get back to me regarding a job that they don't do. Waited for a while and reminded them when they did a courtesy call regarding the level of service. It is almost 20 days and there has been no feedback. Very disappointed.
