Easy / false promises
My car has been with Toyota George today a week. It was promised by Louise and Sarel for yesterday then again today. They did not work on it at all Monday and Wednesday. Tuesday and yesterday only half the day. And only after I confronted the manager, Kobus, yesterday. Oil change, cam belt replace, w/pump, plugs and some other minor items. Sarel makes promises of calling back and keeping me up to date but that never happened. For a reputable company, this is ridiculous and totally unacceptable. I can only imagine what they THINK they are going to charge me... I will share this lack of attention and false promises on the media too.

About 6 weeks ago I had a bad smell coming through my aircone. So first of all I made an appointment at George Toyota. I came there and they where like back in 15 minutes. They firstly told me it is my rubber carpets, I told them it is not smelling like rubber, then they told me it is because of the sun. Then I paid for an aircone treatment, and so O drove back and within a weeks time the smell came back. The service department staff is extremely rude and so unprofessional and not willing to communicate with you. So I opened a case at Toyota Sa and they also not coming back . While I messaged the service manager this week and told him no feedback? Then he advised me to bring my car next week for 2 days I told him it has to be in this week beavlcause I am working next week. So he also told me that if I am not satisfied I have to take my car to another branch. My car is still under warranty and not satisfied with Toyota George.not satisfied with t
