Toyota Ermelo will ***** from your car

I took my car for 60 000km service. They had quoted us for replacement of the remote battery, they didn't it is not working up to today.

They removed the thing that covers the battery and water and oil thingy.

We only realized this after a week because we don't open the bonnet of the car often.

After the service, they didn't call for the review as usual instead, they sent a message saying "thank you for the review" which proves that they knew very well what they did.

After about a month I received a call to "review the service because I was happy with the service" all manipulative, I told them all these issues and was asked if I would like Toyota to call me to correct this issue, I said yes and never ever heard from them again.

All I can say is I have been treated well in all the Toyotas I have been through until Ermelo
