USELESS SERVICE

Taking your car to Empangeni Toyota is just a nightmare. I have a problem with my ignition barrel. I ask if I can bring the car around just to quickly check and then order the part and book the car in to have it fitted once it arrives. This is is a Wesbank Fleet Managed car and I am from out of town. As usual this is just asking to much. I need to book the car in, and then wait until the part arrives and book it in again. So a 1000km travel. It would have taken the workshop a minute to see what is wrong. But then it always go like this at that dealership
