Considerate and compassionate service

I would like to thank Siphiwe Khumalo on her compassion towards her clients and dedication to her job. I came in late (7:15am) today to service my car and had a dilemma as I had to pick up my son from school by 1pm sharp! On hearing about my dilemma she organized for my car to be squeezed in (without informing me), so to my surprise I was on my to fetch son by 11am. I am truly thankful and grateful for her consideration as I was highly stressed. Such great service is far and few between.
