Pathetic service

I needed a part then I called toyota, Mukesh assisted me and reserved the item. When I got there one consultant asked if I'm collecting and I said yes thinking it is Mukesh, gave a part and only to find out it wrong. Had to travel 50km to look for another one. The following day I returned it Dayalan told me it wrong he knows it. He says miscomunication but I have never spoke with the guy. Now they want me to have a bank card to get my money, when home came back with bank card now they want bank statement. I had to pay R800 more for the call out and the use of the machanics car that I was using. And also bank statements are not for free. Their service is pathetic and No acountability.
