Toyota centurion experience

In February 2021 i bought a car there by Toyota Centurion 1301 South St, Zwartkop. i got a nice sales man Mr Kekana who did wonders in helping me leave the dealership happy. Fast forward to today i realized the inner fabric of the car between the window and the door handle inside both driver and passenger side is pealing off. i call toyota SA and they advice i call the branch and request for service date so they can assess the damage. this is a brand new car by the way. I then call the branch and what a nightmare it was. i made 4 calls and was transferred from person to person, abt 4 to 5 people. when i expressed my dissatisfaction turns out one of the people who was transferring me was the one who had to do the booking. She offered no apology and all she said was "how do we help you lala" such unprofessional approach. i love toyota for its reliability but for fabric to peal off in less than 2 month and to receive such horrible service left a bitter taste in my mouth......the consultant was soo unbothered oh my gosh Toyota. what a disappointment.
