Toyota Centurion - Better up your service!!!!

My dad bought a used vehicle from Bidvest McCarthy Toyota in Centurion in 2019, trading his Toyota legend 40 d/c. All went well and the Aidi Q5 they bought was inspected to which my dad noticed that there is no backboard in the car. An agreement was reached between Mantsudu Letlape (Miriam) the sales person and the Sales Manager was Norman Chauke at the time that this would be ordered and replace by Toyota Centurion. My parents contacted them CONTINIOUSLY for feedback Me. Mantsudu never rep**** and did not wven bother to phone back. Norman phoned back once and e-mails were sent to them and he promised he will see to the matter being solved. My dad went to their local Audi agent and enquired towards the availability of stock of the backboards. They checked the system and there were 5 available in SA - so that pathetic excuse is out the door. My parents also have proof of all the e-mails sent and communicated. My parents are pensioners and therefore I am sick and tired of this terrible lack of service!! Great Toyota, your stats look great on sales, wonder how you will treat a single distasteful complaint!!!!
