Bad service Toyota Centurion - Over priced and too busy to deal with customers properly

Poor poor service They don't explain that you will be charged for an inspection. They did not email my service report and invoice after requesting it repeatedly. No follow ups. I had to call to check if the vehicle is ready on the day. They are over priced ,day light ******* just to have brake pads replaced and if i didn't not replace the brake pads with them they would have billed me for an inspection. This was not made clear to me when i had dropped off the vehicle. The inspection and fault was not picked up by the service technician. I had to explain in detail, If that was the case then why charge me for the the inspection and hold me to ransom.

Its so simple to verify if it was the brake pads or not. Just check the wear and tear patters and thickness of the pad. They had access to previous service records. Very poor service.

I do not recommend them.
