Automark 80 Point check

I bought a Toyota Landcruiser from a dealer in Carletonville unseen - this dealer undertook for me to have the Automark 80 Point Check done by Carletonville Toyota - After taking delivery of the vehicle a number of items approved by Carletonville Toyota on the check list were actually faulty - after contacting Mohamed the Dealer Principal they refused to take responsibility for their workmanship - I consider this as ***** - very unhappy and people should avoid the dealer.
