Attitude

I dropped off my car this morning to have it checked. Now there is a serious coronavirus issue in our county and I would expect these people to make sure they have sanitizers as we are all using the same equipment to sign. We using the iPad and register to fill in our details. When I went to the front desk and told them that they should make sure they have sanitizers, the lady had such an attitude like I was insane. She was like we actually do have and I’m like where is it? She asked if I would like one and cake out with a huge spray bottle. I told her they should make sure to have it at the front desk but I’m sure when I get back this afternoon it won’t be there.

It’s really disappointing to be exposed to such negligence from Toyota staff!!!

Please fix this as a matter of agency.
