LDV not serviced after 3 weeks at Barloworld Toyota Witbank

Hilux Was taken in for 160K km Service, its now 3 weeks and the service still has not being done, they always struggle to find our vehicles in their workshop. they don't have control over their workshop. i am uncertain if the service actually was done on the previous LDV that was serviced. the service department is a mess
