My Car was Serviced on 2025-08-29 i was informed that my front brakepads was worn out, replaced them

My Car was Serviced on 2025-08-29 i was informed that my front brakepads was worn out, replaced them. the car esfill had problems and i notified them for consecutive days the problem was not fixed. i was informed that my shock mount was worn out,I replaced. Today i called again the problem still the same they fetched the car, i was informed that my shocks finished. I paid my service,1st problem brake pads, 2nd my shock mount, 3rd suddenly shocks now i must pay R3600 to replace. My car was serviced these problems was supposed to be noted during service when i informed them something is wrong. this is draining me financially, are there no benefits for this kind of service. if i did not notify and call everytime these problems would not have been found and i or my family could have been in an accident in the near future.
