Terrible service after taking delivery of my car at Automark Lenasia.

I bought my Toyota Etios in August 2019 and upon taking delivery of it in September 2019 it had no floor mats. I tried following up with the salesman who sold me the car(Aslam) and even sent an email with the dealership's manager CC'd on the mails to assist with me getting my car's floor mats and even today I still have not been attended to and my car does not have its rightful floor mats .
