Unecceptable service from Toyota roadside assistance ***

My name is Eugene Butler and I had a car breakdown in Cape Town with my 2019 Toyota Corolla Prestige D4D were a Engen garage put in petrol instead of diesel. I contacted Toyota roadside assistance and they first send a technician to check the car and I told him that I checked on my receipt that they trow petrol in my car and they arrange a tow truck to fetch the car to take it to the nearest Toyota dealer The truck driver damaged my front bumper and the bottom plastic cover I took photos and send it to Toyota assist on the 30/12!2019 and request them to pay for the damages. I have call them on many times and they did not contact me to solve this issue but today the 8/01/2020 the truck driver phone me and ask me why do I blame him. This is unecceptable that a big company like Toyota assist treat me in this manner and did not do their own investigation I have also a witness that saw what had happen and I think the truck driver was reckless when he hook the car I would like Toyota assist to deal with this matter urgently and professionally
