Crashing my car twice in one week? Toyota Arcadia

For lack of a befitting swear word!!! Where in the world do you get such negligence? I went to Toyota Arcadia on the 12th of April 2016 to adjust the clutch and fix my window and they crashed into my vehicle.. After crashing onto my car, they did a very ****py job replacing the tail light and the bumper when i went there on the 14th of April 2016 .. I take it back to get the ****py job re done on the 19th of April 2016 and they CRASH MY CAR AGAIN!!! This time damaging the right front fender and bumper, all in exactly one week.
