<p>I took my car to get repaired at Toyness and paid them R9120 on 8 March 2016 . The car couldn't be dino'd properly because the engine was problematic. They told me to change the engine or get it repaired at take the car back to finish the job. I did that and took the car back. They couldn't finish the Dion because there machine Broken and I was informed that it can take months. This was in August or September. Then on the 26th of October I went back, only to find out there machine is working. I was not informed about this. The owner or boss Nico said they are too busy and I must bring my car some other time. He will inform Andre there electrician who worked on my car when I must bring my car and Andre will inform me. I sent message on Whatapp to inform Andre about what Nico said. He just read the message and didn't reply. Until today 23 November 2016, I haven't heard anything from them as yet. The day I paid that R9120, they didn't have to struggle to get there money. I paid it cash which I had to save for.but when it comes to customer service. I am struggling my ass off with them and I paid for this service. To me it seems like, because they got there money already, they are not bothered to finish the job. At the time when I paid, the car was driving nice, but when I tried to test the power, I knew something was wrong. When I went back to them. Only then did they tell me that they didn't do the dino full because the engine is faulty and needs to get repaired or replaced. They are very ***** and I am not happy with this service. They are not doing me a favour. I PAID hard cash which is not easy to come of these days. My car has no power and can't move. It's a black bmw 318i box shape. I can't pay that amount of money for service like this and a car that's not working. </p>
