Toy Toy Motor Spares - ****mers at the highest degree
****mers at the highest degree.
We bought an alternator with the company on the 09 May 2024 and installed the same day, the part was faulty giving off burning plastic smell & squeaking after installation. We returned the following day to the company for a replacement and were told that the company does not replace electrical parts.
The company sells subpar products as genuine Toyota parts, Be very careful this company is a ****.

20 May 2024, 17:06Trust me guys, companies that have policies that are in direct contradiction to defined consumer protection laws are ****mers. This company deliberately sells subpar products.
Their instore policy is in direct violation of Section 56 of the Consumer Right Act and is now in the hands our lawyers. It's time consumers put these ****mers companies to book, people work hard for the money to be taken for a ride by chancers who think they are above the law.
Trying to save hard working South Africans from experience the same issue, we found a genuine Toyota part at Goldwagen and works as expected.
