You should be ashamed of yourself Mr Hylton Bannon!

After reading all the other horrible reviews from the Toy Kingdom "Experience", i feel even worse now than i did before :( i don't even have to write my horrible experience as everyone else seems to have the same opinion as i have.... the worst thing is that they don't even have the decency to apologize on anybody's reviews or acknowledge the fact that there is a very big problem with the running of this company, the owner of the company obviously doesn't care about his companies reputation or customer satisfaction, I'm guessing he never went to business school... take it from me, i have used the Toys R Us online services and Kids Zone services, i have always received my items on time, 2-3 working days and the one company is based in Cape town, now that is service with a smile :) Please support these businesses instead and making Toy Kingdom famous for being absolutely useless!
