Worst experience ever.

they had a toy tractor on their page exactly what I wanted I ordered it paid no problem, shipment was fast everything. When I got the item it was totally opposite to what I wanted tried calling 8 times no response finally got through the ladies there are just like I don't care attitude I will see what happened and call you back which they never did sent an email they explained sorry that item is not available anymore do I wish to keep or get refunded I wanted a refund as this is not what I ordered. so they said as soon as the courier guy collects send me pictures then I will process your payment immediately they guy came to collect 2 days again and I only got a response today 28 may 2021. so they informed me the payment has been made and it will take 14 days really I paid you no problem it reflected immediately now I must wait 14 days for my money that is not fair at all I explained to them I need this money now to buy my sons gift and it seems like they do not care. I will not recommend any one to ever buy from them service is absolutely terrible and to get your money back is another problem
