will never order from toykingdom will only order from toysrus

purchased online on the 25th , called ***yesterday couldn't get hold of anyone it just rings , called *** also rings with no answer , tried the same number @ 11 got hold of someone she transferred me to someone where the called cut , called back again was told that the 1 person that can help was in a meeting , why was i nit told that when she transferred me ? she took a msg but till now nobody bothered to call me back . i sent an email to *** and also no answer . i will not ever order from toy kingdom . i need this by Monday the latest and i cant get hold of anyone to assist . This was a mistake to order from toy kingdom as i usually order from toys r us and they are on the ball . so efficient and professional whereas toykingdom is the complete opposite . i will actually request for a refund
