What loyalty Points?

A week ago I made a few purchases at Toy Kingdom. Afterwards I queried why their isn't any loyalty points reflecting on my account. Toy Kingdom responded "Please note we have escalated your query to the relevant CRM department to further investigate and to add your points accordingly".

To date nothing has happened, and thus the offer of a Rewards Program, is false in my experience.
