Unprofessional Practice

We are so disapointed by your Company my friend Ordered Toys from your company and it was the wrong item that was send her order number 100470. You have received the items back as The Courier Guy send us proof of that. Since then she has been struggling to get hold of anybody. Please Christmas is next week and still no reply. Please can you sort out your admin and contact Simoné so that you can either refund the money or sent the correct toys ordered!!!!!!!!
