Unhappy customer

When I bought a bubblegum tablet it had charging problem which was on and off. The problem got worse within 3 months of purchasing the product and decided to take it back to the store. Now I’m being charged for repairs and courier to Cape Town to get it fixed. I find this very unfair as the tablet is not even 3 months old. I need my money back if this is going to come at a cost.
