Toys removed from boxes.

I ordered items for my daughter online. Their system does not update progress at all. After querying delivery twice, I was unable to get any proper feedback. On delivery of my product, you could clearly see that someone had opened the box up and removed some of the items. I lodged a complaint and am still waiting for feedback, 2 weeks later.
