Toy Kingdom useless!!!

I wish I could rate them 0. They take your money and cancelled your order but don't get back to you. I ordered stuff on sale and for some reason they cancelled and still took my money but i can not get hold of them. Now the sale is over and I need to pay more for Toy Kingdom mistake.
