Toy Kingdom sucks

I don’t even want to give them a star! Toy kingdom East Rand mall is pathetic to say the least. I bought a haverboard for my daughters birthday- it did not charge after a few months so I took it back- in the box with the slip. They advised me that they need to send it to a supplier to see what is wrong… after waiting months phoning and following up (because don’t think they will phone you). They said that battery is to big they need to order another one (and I had to pat for it). So I did- after another few months that one apparently was also not working. They said they have n second hand one in store maybe it’s best to take that one rather. So you can just this the disappointment of my 8year olds face every time we have to tell her she still doesn’t have a haverboard. We went and picked it up- this ones cover was broken and each time it get charged after 2min it stops. This is now an ongoing thing for more that 12 months of me driving and phoning follow up (service is absolutely socking) So I then went to the area manager and he said ( I even have the whats app on my phone). This now from somebody in a managers title. Pls bring it back I’ve order a new one that is in store and even put in some extra goodies to say sorry for your daughter. I took it in… when I come to the store they said they are taking this one and then they will phone me to pick up the new one. So after another few weeks and phone calls… they manger of the store let’s me know that area manager is not with the store any more and now trying to get all the info because there is no haverboard waiting for me. After phoning and following up for more than a month still phoning them… she said that my haverboard was out of warranty and they want to send it to Cape Town to be fix (I don’t even know if it’s still my board or somebody else). So after more than I year driving up and down phoning after them-after poor service delivery, people not doing there jobs- and making promises they don’t keep? They can mess with me but not with a child's heart- it very cruel and unacceptable - I won’t spend 1c more in any toy kingdom!!! Never in my life had I ever had to work with such *********** people!!!!!!
