Toy Kingdom keeps your refund

I placed an online order, for a product marked "in stock". Was told it was out of stock after paying and I'm still waiting for my refund. I'm adding up all the months they have had my money and it will be interesting to see if they refund me my initial amount and keep all the interest they gained in the time they "held onto" my money? Poor service Toy Kingdom!
