Toy Kingdom : Canal Walk - Really Poor Customer Service

My Little daughter and I was at Toy Kingdom in Canal Walk Yesterday, we had received for her voucher for her birthday. Whilst shopping in store, my little one must of lost the voucher, however on arrival to the Toy Kingdom store, I approached the cashier counter to verify the amount on the card. I re-approached the very same lady on arrival to the store that assisted me with verification of the amount on the card (in an attempt that she'll be able to retrieve the voucher details upon our earlier enquiry). She was very impolite and it was evident that she was not going to assist us, and further approached another front end staff for assistance, and experienced similar treatment. All in all really disappointed that staff with these attitudes work in child friendly environment
