Toy kingdom are ****mers who ***** your money

I ordered 3 items on 17 December, customer service agent contacted me to say that an item in this order was not in stock (Lego pea****) and I would be reimbursed. However, the delivery note stated that this item is included in the delivery but then it wasn't included in the delivery. So now it looks like you guys have shipped and delivered it to me when it was not included. I have contacted customer service multiple times and have had zero response. Do not order from toy kingdom, they will ***** your money, not deliver and then take zero responsibility. Absolutely the worst online shopping experience I've had.
