Terrible webstore toy kindom

I made an order on 14th of Nov. on Toy Kingdom website. Not only this order has not been shipped yet, I now received an email to inform me that product is out of stock.

This was as a Christmas present. It's unacceptable to inform a customer 10 days later that product is no longer available. I'm now in a position where I can't find replacement.

I've sent emails, tried to phone: no answer.

Very disappointed and very worried that I'm not going to even receive the other items for which I paid. Status is showing that remaining order is still not shipped.

Very bad experience, and terrible to have to deal with this when it's for presents.
