Terrible service

Placed an order 15 April 2023. Was informed on 18 April 2023 that 1of the items was out of stock (this item was "in stock" when I placed the order). I requested a refund for the order. 19 April 2023 I was informed that the refund request was submitted for processing. I was then informed that my refund was paid out "on the 27/04". It is currently 18 may 2023 and I have not received my refund or any replies to the email that I've sent.
